I have waited an entire year to say that it is time for March Madness: Fashion Edition again and I’m so excited to announce that it is finally here!!! It’s my favorite time of the year. This year we have some big plans and so we have changed the name to Style Showdown! Just know that anytime I mention Style Showdown, it is the same thing as March Madness: Fashion Edition from year’s past.

On top of the incredible prize that MSCB is providing to someone for participating, I am excited to announce that I was able to curate a special Style Showdown collection as part of this year’s event. The collection can be viewed below, but it launches online for purchase on Friday, March 11 at 9 am MST or in stores at 10 am. HOW TO PLAY

Now let’s talk how to participate and play! It’s really easy and there are lots of fun ways to win prizes this year too!

1.VOTE, VOTE VOTE:We have our 64 contestants ready to go head to head on myInstagram Storiesfor a chance to be the last item standing. Each week we will be voting on which items YOU like best. We start with 64 items, and after each set of votes we will go from 64 to 32, the sweet sixteen, the elite eight, the final four, and finally….THE CHAMPIONSHIP. For every vote you place, you’ll get one entry into our drawing. Stay tuned on my stories (or see below) for additional ways to enter each week.

Round of 64: March 11-13

Round of 32: March 17-18

Sweet 16: March 19-20

Elite 8: March 25-26

Final 4: April 2

Championship: April 4

2. WIN, WIN, WIN:One lucky participant will get the chance to WIN DRESSES FOR A YEAR from My Sister’s Closet Boutique, just for voting and playing along! We will also be giving away additional prizes during each round of the tournament for participants! The best way to see those additional prizes is to follow along on myInstagram(@everyday_ellis).

3. BRACKET:For an additional 30 entries, download and complete the bracket at the bottom of this blog post. Guess which item you think will go all the way. Complete the entire bracket all at one time. Once you have filled out your bracket, take a photo and send it to me via Instagram (or email to everydayellis@gmail.com) so I can see who you have winning. For each item you guessed correctly, you’ll get an additional entry. The elite eight and final four round will give you an additional 4 points for each one you guessed correctly. If you guess the winning item correctly, you’ll get an additional 10 points. The person with the most points (just based on their bracket) will win the winning item at the end! Brackets must be submitted to me by 11:59 pm MST on Thursday, March 10th in order to be considered. For tips on completing your bracket, watch my stories later this afternoon. Missed the stories? They are saved to the “Style Showdown” highlight for future reference.

4. RULES:You must follow Everyday Ellis and My Sister’s Closet on Instagram to be entered to win. You can find mehere and follow MSC here. You must participate by voting on my Instagram stories. This giveaway will take place from March 11th – April 4th, 2021. Winner will be chosen at random between all entries using random number generator and will be contacted within one week from the final voting period. If the winning item is sold out by the time the game is over, you can choose any other item from the Style Showdown Collection.
