By the looks of meager Halloween decor shelves, El Pasoans are ready and excited to celebrate Halloween 2021. Last year, the pandemic squashed the city's spirit.

This year, families are planning to take their children trick or treating, the 95.5 FM-KLAQ radio station is bringing back its annual Halloween parade and there are parties and events for both children and adults.

KLAQ Haunted House of Terror:The Fields Have Eyes haunt isopen from7 to 10 p.m. Thursday; 7 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 7 to 10 p.m. Sundayat the Desert Warriors Paintball,13900 Montana Ave. Tickets are $20 at the door. Information:915-302-6867.

Killer Klown Tour: Feel brave enough to enter 10,000 square feet of Killer Klown madness? The haunted house will be openstarting at 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Main Room,301 S. Ochoa St. $20.

A Haunted Gatsby: Wear your favorite '20s attire for this fun evening from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday at 1922,502 N. Oregon St. Free admission. Reservations recommended.

Devil’s Night Downtown Ghost Walk: Dress in your spookiest and then get ready for a masquerade through the streets of Downtown on Saturday. Meetat 7:30 p.m. at B-17 Bombers,201 S. El Paso St.$20 per person. Tour starts at 8 p.m.915-503-8960.

Halloween Bash: The El Paso Fire Department will have a Halloween Bash from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Safety Health and Outreach Center, 5416 Trowbridge Drive. Children canmeet firefighters and police officers, collect candy, receive free safety reflective wristbands, learn how to stay safe when trick or treating, find out how to safely evacuate from the inflatable smokehouse and how to avoid fires when decorating for the holidays. Costumes are encouraged. The Socorro Police Department, the Texas Department of Transportation, Moms On Board, the American Red Cross, and the Center Against Family and Sexual Violence are helping with the event.

Halloween Party: EpicBar & Nightclub,510 N. Stanton St. will have a Halloween Party Saturday and Sunday with live DJs, drag shows and a $1,000 costume contest. Free admission.

Halloween Bar Crawl: Why visit one bar when you canenjoy several Downtown?The bar crawl— which includes B-17 Bombers Oyster Pub,Chiquita’s Bar,Dillinger’s Bar,El Paso Brewing Co.,Epic (After Party),Ocho Y Medio Bar,Rockstar Burger Bar (check-in),Sun City Distillery andThe Tool Box — will be from 4 to 10 p.m.Saturday. $20 to $25 per person. Block party:DeadBeach Brewery, 406 Durango St., will celebrate its sixth anniversary from 2 p.m. to midnight Saturday with a block party. Streets will be closed and there will be live artists, live music and new beers. Admission is free.

Freedom Fright: Fort Bliss will have its Halloween event with a costume contest, DJs and mallwide trick or treating from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the outdoor promenade at Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss. Free and open to Department of Defensecardholders.

Candy Crawl and Boo & Brew: Children can wear their costumes and trick or treat at 4 p.m. Saturday at Sunland Park Mall. Later, Click Band will perform and there will be craft beers for adults from6 to 9 p.m. at the mall,750 Sunland Park Drive. The Asylum Haunted House: The haunt will be openfrom 7 to 10:45 p.m. every day through Nov. 6 at the Outlet Shoppes in Canutillo. The box officethereopens at 5 p.m.; general admission tickets are $25 and also areavailable online.

Halloween parade: One Source Federal Credit Union and KLAQ radio station will have the36th Annual KLAQ Halloween parade at 2 p.m.Sunday at Eastwood (Album) Park, 3110 Parkwood St.

Halloween carnivals: The city's Parks and Recreation Department will have free Halloween carnivals from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at severalrecreationcenters. The centers will have interactive games, carnival games, jumping balloonsand trick or treating. Costume contests will take place.
