The chefs on Hell’s Kitchen 2016 are back in the kitchen and it looks like they have a Grammy Award-winning guitarist to help them with this week’s challenge, which includes making dishes with their own instrument! Last week onHell’s Kitchen Season 15, we saw the return ofChef Andi, as it was her wedding time and the reception was held in Hell’s Kitchen! The chefs competed in the challenge and the winning dishes would be added to the menu. Then for dinner service, it was another night of the chefs disappointing Chef Ramsay. It seems like casting finds more dramatic contestants and less good chefs. I am wondering, can any of them actually cook??? In the end, both teams had to nominate two chefs and Chef Ramsay sentHassan home! This surprised me, as I thought he was one of the good ones and now he is gone after a bad dinner service!

Back in the dorms, the Red Team thinksDannie should have gone beforeHassan and she needs some humility. ThenManda decides to show off her stripping skills and is working them on Dannie.

CHALLENGE –The chefs head down and the band is playing, asSteve Vai is in attendance. Chef Ramsay said that music is like cooking, as a chef can make a great dish whether they have 12 ingredients or a couple ingredients. For this challenge, they will create a dish with 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3 ingredients! The Blue Team works out the different dishes right away, but Red Team can’t figure out who is doing what dish and how many ingredients.

TASTING –

• Sea Bass –Kristin versus Manda and Chef Ramsay likes both, but he gives the point for Blue Team.
• Steak– Ariel versus Frank and his dish sucked, so a point for the Red Team
• Lobster –Jackie vs. Joe. He can’t find the lobster on Joe’s dish! Turns out, he ate it! Jackie cooks the lobster beautifully, so point for the Red Team.
• Tuna –Ashley vs. Chad. He thinks Ashley’s tuna is cooked well. Chad’s tuna is swimming in black garlic, so Ashley gets the point for the Red Team!

RESULTS –The Red Team wins and will get a surprise reward! For losing, the Blue Team will have to work through delivery day onHell’s Kitchen 2016!

The Blue Team is unloading ice and the Red Team meetsMarino out and they are going to be playing paintball!!! Jackie is out for blood and we all know that she is crazy. Now Manda seems to have messed up her back and she can’t see straight and is freaking out that she might have hurt herself so bad she would have to leave the competition. She said she carried three children, so she can handle this and is back in the kitchen, as are the Red Team and Chef Ramsay is hoping for a great dinner service onHell’s Kitchen Season 15!

DINNER SERVICE –The doors are opened and the tickets are coming back.Jared is screwing up and taking pans off the stove and not heating them. Jackie still doesn’t feel confident on certain stations, so how is that even possible? Dannie is working on risotto, but has Kristin working on everything else! Manda is working the meat station and seems to be all lost and out of it, as she sends up strips and Chef Ramsay does not seem happy! It is raw and too much fat andFrank seems content with letting her fail because, you know, he is an amazing chef.

Dannie seems lost on how to cook, as she needs Ariel’s help with basic things. On the Blue Team, Jared and Chad have no communication and Jared seems in his own world and no one is responding to Chef Ramsay, so he puts them in a booth to talk and finally communicate. On the Red Team, Ariel and Ashley have their meat ready, but Jackie is way behind on garnish station and nothing is going out! Manda is way behind and now had raw chicken for the VIPs, so she is not sending them up. Chef Ramsay calls her in the back and said it might be time for her to go home!

He doesn’t send her home, but said she has ten minutes to prove herself. She goes back into the kitchen with a vengeance and getting the meat sent up! Meanwhile, Ariel sends up some beautifully cooked steak. Both teams had their issues, but they get their tickets done and dinner service is over! Chef Ramsay said the Red Team communicated so well tonight and because of that, they won. The Blue Team lacked any communication, so they lost and have to nominate two chefs.

RESULTS –The chefs are back in front of Chef Ramsay and the two nominees tonight areManda andJared. They both state their cases and then Chef Ramsay calls downChad! He takes his jacket and then tells him to join the Red Team! He said he is lacking confidence and he hopes he can get it with the Red Team, but this is his last chance. He then takesDannie and adds her to the Blue Team. She wants to lead and he hoped she can lead the Blue Team! So, no one went home, but changes were made!
