Life is BUSY! I know! Trying to juggle work, kids, hubby, home, cooking, etc is no easy task. And what I find, is that most women let go of their health and fitness because its so overwhelming.

I have found that a lot of people are “STUCK” with their weight loss because they are eating some of the wrong foods.
