Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (⅛ stick)
- 16 ounces cooked ham steaks (1 (8-ounce) steaks)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and pepper together.

In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add in the ham steaks and cook on each side until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Brush both sides of the ham steaks with your glaze and cook until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from the skillet and slice each ham steak in half. Serve and enjoy.

- You need a fully cooked ham steak for this recipe. Boneless or bone-in both work.
- You can use grainy mustard in place of the Dijon mustard.
